「今万象」は、現在、この瞬間に存在する、あらゆるものや現象、事象全体を指す言葉です。具体的には、目の前に見えるもの、そして目に見えないものも含めた、宇宙に存在するすべてのものを指します。

“Now and then” refers to all things, phenomena, and events that exist at this very moment. Specifically, it refers to everything that exists in the universe, both visible and invisible.
